SongCraft Studio collects as little as possible to deliver your song.

What we collect

When you request a song we store your name, your song prompt, and payment references (order and payment IDs). Your email address is passed to our payment provider to process the checkout. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank details — those go directly to the payment provider.

How we use it

Your details are used only to fulfil your request: screening the prompt, taking payment, generating and playing the song, and supporting you if something goes wrong. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing.

Retention

Request records are kept while needed for fulfilment, support, and tax or legal obligations. Generated audio files are deleted automatically a few days after your song plays.
