Terms of service

These terms cover song requests sold by SongCraft Studio. By requesting a song you agree to them.

The service

Each ₹150 payment covers one custom AI-generated song: creation, one or more plays on a live stream, and an MP3 download. Streams are scheduled live events, so playback happens on the next show after your song is ready — not instantly and not on demand at arbitrary hours.

Prompts and moderation

This is a family-friendly stream. Every prompt is screened automatically before payment; prompts that fail the check are refused and never charged. We may also decline a paid prompt on review (for example, requests copying a real artist's voice or style, or content unsuitable for broadcast) — in that case see refunds.

Your download

The MP3 is for your personal listening. Downloads stay available for a limited retention period after your song plays; the exact window is shown on your receipt page.

Fair use

Do not submit prompts that are abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, graphically violent, illegal, self-harm related, or impersonating real artists. We may cancel requests that violate these rules.
