Refund policy

Simple rule: if we cannot make or play your song, you should not pay for it.

Before payment

Prompts that fail our family-friendly safety check are refused before any money moves — no charge, no refund needed.

After payment

If your paid song cannot be generated, or cannot be played on the stream within a reasonable time, contact us with your request ID and we will retry your song or refund the ₹150 fee to the original payment method.

What is not refundable

Songs that were generated and played as described are not refundable — including cases where you simply dislike the musical result. AI generation is interpretive: we promise a song inspired by your prompt, not an exact style match or a copy of any real artist.

How to claim

Email jadavram21@gmail.com with your request ID. Refund decisions are usually made within two business days; approved refunds follow your payment provider's timelines.
